For the first 3,000 kilowatt-hours, 8.10 cents for each kilowatt-hour
For the next 10,000 kilowatt-hours, 7.57 cents for each kilowatt-hour
For the next 12,000 kilowatt-hours, 7,31 cents for each kilowatt-hour
For all kilowatt-hours in excess of 25,000 kilowatt-hours, 6.53 cents for each kilowatt-hour
