2. Condemnation reports:

B. 202 Metropolis Street
C. 1115 Broadway Street
D. 200 East 17th Street

3. Discuss and take possible action regarding a school bus parked at the intersection of Oak Drive and Vista Lane causing a traffic incident

4. Discuss complaints received from concerned residents on the property located at 1900 North Avenue. This property was abated on Friday, February 26th, 2010
